Join WINEGRUNT July 16th & 17th from 7 p.m. – 9p.m. for a weekend of live music! Singer-songwriter John Tetrault will be performing on Friday night and blues singer John B. Main will be performing Saturday night. There will be no cover cost either night, but reservations are recommended. While you’re enjoying the live music, enjoy a selection of locally sourced cuisine and an extensive assortment of Nova Scotia wines, craft beers and ciders.

South Shore FIsh Cakes

Trellis Café has welcomed back live music! They’re starting things off July 16th at 7 p.m. with country music singer, TJ Meyers. Then on July 17th at 7 p.m., they’re welcoming Fran Doyle to the stage. Sit back, relax, enjoy the music and a selection of delicious, locally sourced cuisine. Jost Vineyards

Tatamagouche Ice Creamery

Did someone say Christmas? Tatamagouche Ice Creamery is hosting their annual Christmas in July series from July 17th – July 30th. They will be offering delicious Christmas themed ice cream flavours and awesome giveaways to celebrate. Their holiday flavours include Sticky Toffee Pudding, Eggnog, Candy Cane, Gingerbread, Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Toblerone, Turtles, Blood Orange Chocolate and more. Stay tuned for all the details!

Beach Pea Kitchen & Bar

On July 23rd, Beach Pea Kitchen & Bar will be hosting chef Bryan Picard of Bite House. The Beach Pea’s chef, Martin Ruiz Salvador, and chef Bryan Picard, have collaborated on a five-course tasting menu focused on our incredible local seafood. Tickets are $80/person. Lobster-Licious Cape Breton

Lobster-Licious is back for another year in Cape Breton! From July 1 – 31, enjoy non-traditional and delicious classic lobster dishes from various food establishments across Cape Breton Island. For every lobster dish purchased at participating restaurants, have the vendor stamp your passport to enter to win prizes.
