Apple cider isn’t the only apple product made in Nova Scotia. Make sure you soak up all the apple goodness you can this season! Try Grand Pre Wines Pomme D’Or Apple Cream Liqueur, Ironworks Distillery apple brandy or vodka, Noggins Corner Farm Market apple chips, Galloping Cows Fine Foods apple butter, and Tangled Garden apple sage jelly.

Apple season won’t last forever so to take full advantage now and make sure to tag @TasteofNS on all your local apple adventures.

Apple U-Picks

There’s nothing better than enjoying a fresh, ripe apple right from the tree! Here in Nova Scotia, we’re lucky to have multiple orchards that allow you to pick bushels yourself. Noggins Corner Farm Market in Greenwich and Stirling Fruit Farms in Wolfville both have fantastic u-picks!

UPDATE (September 13, 2019): As a result of Hurricane Dorian, many u-picks in Nova Scotia sustained serious damage to their apple orchards. We recommend calling before you go and/or checking their social media pages for further updates.
