July: Kiju’s Traditional Mi’kmaq Inspired Meal

Our friends at Kiju’s Restaurant have put together a traditional Mi’kmaq inspired 3-course meal. The word “Kiju” when translated from Mi’kmaq, means mother and embodies the tagline of their restaurant perfectly – fresh, local, friendly. You’ll enjoy a traditional quick bread with an artichoke and cream cheese dip, cedar plank salmon, and a mix of seasonal Nova Scotia berries. Like meals that would come from your mothers kitchen, Kiju’s infuses passion, creativity, and warmth into their dishes.
