Wines on the Water

Benjamin Bridge is taking over Wines on the Water July 9th! Join Benjamin Bridge aboard the Tall Ship Silva for an evening of wine and food pairings, a charcuterie box with local meats and cheeses and live music. Tickets are $129/person. Groups of 10 or more will receive 10 per cent off.

Live Music at Sober Island Brewing Company

Sober Island Brewing Company is hosting The Regal Beagle Band on July 11th, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. While you’re listening to local music, enjoy one of their English-style ales from their taproom. To reserve your spot, call the taproom at 902-885-2072!

Afternoon Tea in the Garden

Join Tangled Garden for a unique and charming culinary experience! Explore the idyllic gardens, as you enjoy afternoon tea from your customized picnic basket. Picnic baskets include freshly baked scones, house-made sweet patisseries, locally sourced French-pressed coffee or brewed tea and more. Cider on the Sea

Join Chain Yard Urban Cidery and Lake City Cider on the Tall Ship Silva, July 15th! Celebrate traditional ciders made from Nova Scotian apples, while taking in the harbour scenery.  Tickets are $30 per person. Groups of 10 or more will receive 10 per cent off.

Weekend in Provence

Petite Riviere

Petite Rivière Vineyards is bringing France to you! Join them July 17th, from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. for their Lavender Harvest Party. The party will feature a rosé tastings, lavender chocolate from Petite Patrie, fresh lavender bundles and local lavender soap. Then on July 18, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., join Petite Rivière Vineyards for An Evening of French Manouche Music. Enjoy the musical stylings of Donald MacLennan, while you sip on a glass of rosé. Tickets range from $15- $30 (weather permitting). You can book your ticket on Eventbrite or by contacting the winery.

Shore Club Lobster Suppers

Shore Club Lobster Suppers is ready to welcome you back for their 85th summer! Their lobster suppers will take place every Wednesday to Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. until October 9th. All of the meals will include rolls, a pound of fresh cultivated mussels steamed in wine and garlic butter, a choice of salads, your main course, followed by a choice of dessert. Don’t forget to book a reservation!

Dine on the Ocean Floor

Dining on the Ocean Floor at Burntcoat Head Park is back by popular demand. Enjoy a locally sourced three-course meal, while dining on the ocean floor of the Bay of Fundy. Lightfoot & Wolfville Sonic Concert Series

This week, Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards announced a new Sonic Concerts Summer Series at their winery. Join them in welcoming the above talented artists to the valley in an intimate setting. New Products & Member Updates

Tidal Salt: Sourced from the Nova Scotian seacoast, Tidal Salt showcases the crisp, clean waters of Nova Scotia. Proceeds from their August batch of their new salt, Melkiknay “I am strong,” will go to an Indigenous charity selected by a local Mi’kmaq leader. Show your support and grab yours today! Church Brewing Company:  Check out the newest additions to Church Brewing Company – Persephone Strawberry Pale Ale and Hades Blueberry Pale Ale. These pale ales are here for a limited time this summer, so grab a pint or a crowler today!

Schoolhouse Brewery: Their new Lemon Lime hard seltzer is naturally fermented with 100 per cent organic cane sugar and is flavoured with real juice. It’s the perfect drink to cool off with this summer! Only available at Schoolhouse Brewery while quantities last – don’t miss out!

Trellis Café: They have reopened their doors at Trellis Café for full-service indoor dining! Take a trip down the South Shore and stop by their café to enjoy a selection of homemade, locally sourced cuisine. They are open from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily, for breakfast, lunch and supper – don’t forget to stop by!
