Celebrating it’s 16th year, Savour Food & Wine Festival brings together Nova Scotia’s talented mixologists, incredible brewers, award-winning winemakers, and of course phenomenal chefs and their dishes over a series of five incredible events. Enjoy cutting edge cocktails at IMBIBE, discover the latest local craft brews at Craft Beer Cottage Party, explore Rare & Fine Wines, try culinary creations of local chefs at Savour, or indulge your senses at Decadence.
Dine Around: February 2019
During Dine Around, restaurants across the province showcase an array of Nova Scotia product and creativity at an attractive price. Running February 2019, various menus will be available starting at $20. Menus will be a mix of three course prix-fixe menus, as well as small plates. Please book directly with participating restaurants.

Rare and Fine Wines is an evening for the true wine lover! Relax to live jazz and quench your wine palate with their selection of over 40 wines, rated 90 points and above by the world’s major wine publications, that have never been available before in Nova Scotia. Throughout the night Bishop’s Cellar staff will be on hand to help you purchase any wines with which you fell in love. Must be 19 to attend event.
Craft Beer Cottage Party – February 16, 2019
Head back to those long summer days by the lake at our Craft Beer Cottage Party! Sample beers from local and nearby craft breweries while you play a game of washer toss; or chill in an adirondack chair and listen to the live band. There will be picnic tables and delicious beer-friendly food available for purchase. Ticket price includes unlimited beer samples. Bring your best plaid and your best beard! Must be 19 to attend event.

Let the connoisseur in you shine at the Savour Food & Wine Show, Atlantic Canada’s premier food and wine event! In its 16th year, the event showcases over 80 of Nova Scotia’s finest restaurants, wines and beverages. Take in the evening and let your taste buds run wild as you explore samples of delectable foods, legendary cocktails and fine wine presented by Nova Scotia’s finest. Must be 19 to attend event.
Decadence – March 7, 2019
Decadence is a night filled with delectable dishes and luscious desserts, paired with fine wines from Nova Scotia and around the world. Discover the perfect wine pairings to enhance both the sweet and savoury creations crafted by Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) Culinary Arts students. All dishes are designed and prepared by students, under the direction of their chef-instructors; students are on hand to serve and explain the dishes as you enjoy a decadent night out in downtown Halifax. Must be 19 to attend event.
