IMBIBE: A Cocktail Event – February 1
A collection of Nova Scotia’s top mixologists brought together to create legendary cocktails for guests to Imbibe! With 25 restaurant/bars plus the NSLC, you’re in for a night of delicious sample size cocktails – more than 40 to be exact – hors d’oeuvres and music make this event the perfect evening out! Tickets: $65 + HST. Location: The Lord Nelson Hotel. Time: 7-9:30 p.m.
Rare and Fine Wine Event – February 16
Quench your wine palate with Rare and Fine Wines from Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Napa Valley, Piedmonte, Veneto, and Tuscany – over 40 wines, rated above 90 points and above by the world’s major wine publications. Bishop’s Cellar staff will be on hand to help you purchase wines. Tickets: $119 or $169 + HST. Location: Compass Room, Casino Nova Scotia. Time: 7-9:30 p.m.
Craft Beer Cottage Party – March 3
Head back to those long summer days by the lake at the Craft Beer Cottage Party! Sample beers from local and nearby craft breweries while you play a game of washer toss; or chill in an Adirondack chair and listen the sweet live band. There will be picnic tables and delicious beer-friendly food available for purchase. Ticket price includes unlimited beer samples. Bring your best plaid and your best beard! Tickets: $65+ HST. Location: Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market. Time: 7-9:30 p.m. Taste members participating include: Garrison Brewing Co., Bulwark Craft Cider and Rare Bird Craft Beer.

Let the connoisseur in you shine at the Savour Food & Wine Show. In its 15th year, the event showcases over 100 of Nova Scotia’s finest restaurants, wines and beverages. Take in the evening and let your taste buds run wild as you explore samples of delectable foods, legendary cocktails and fine wine presented by Nova Scotia’s finest. Tickets: $95 + HST. Location: Halifax Convention Centre, Halifax, NS. Time: 7-9:30 p.m.
